DRMs have extensive knowledge of dealership operations and retail and wholesale financing, and our Commercial DRMs have expertise that will help you succeed in the commercial market. Consultative Approach. The MBFS field team includes a Dealer Relations Manager (DRM), Commercial Dealer Relations Manager, and Regional Insurance Manager (RIM) assigned to your dealership. Their focus is to provide exceptional service and support to you in reaching your operational and business goals. DRMs have extensive knowledge of dealership operations and retail and wholesale financing, and our Commercial DRMs have expertise that will help you succeed in the commercial market. RIMs share specialized proficiency on our various protection products and plans that provide protection benefits to your customers as you grow revenue in the F&I office. Your MBFS field team is always available to discuss your concerns, share new ideas, and identify more profit opportunities.
In addition, we provide you with an extended, dedicated network of support personnel. Your dealership will work with a regional retail credit team consisting of Retail Credit Analysts, Senior Credit Analysts, and a Credit Operations Manager. This credit team is proficient in assessing credit factors and risk and works diligently to structure deals that help you put your customers into Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Plus, your retail credit team understands the importance of making prompt, consistent credit decisions; in fact, we are successfully delivering decisions on credit applications in less than 12 minutes, on average. It is important to note, too, that once a credit application is approved, you can pull proceeds the same day via our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system.
In discounting, we focus on facilitating quick turn times and continually implement measures for improved efficiency. Case in point is our eDiscounting solution, which will help us deliver on our commitment of providing a best-in-class dealer and customer experience.
